“Our time in St. John was glorious and it was in no small part due to our stay in WindSong Villa and its owners who are the kindest and gracious people you ever want to meet. We entered the Villa under the shady pergola, where three beautiful arched Mahogany doors greeted us, as if straight out of a painting. The views of Fish Bay were already evident and luring us toward the matching doors across the room. WOW… what a beautiful sight! Sweeping views from every room, beckoning us to spend most of our time either on the deck or just inside as passing showers swept through giving us quite a show as not 1 but 2 full Rainbows appeared. It was Spectacular!
The Villa felt like “home” just as it should, with plenty of comfortable seating indoors and out, a wonderfully outfitted kitchen, and natural light flooded bedrooms and bathrooms that were simply elegant island luxury. I slept like a baby and enjoyed every minute in the Villa with a certain peacefulness that is hard to explain beyond a long breathy sigh! Ahhhhh!
The glorious sunrise each day made even this die-hard night owl, want to go to bed early, just so that I could take in the most perfect sunrise over the mountains to the east as it glistened on the azure Caribbean waters in Fish Bay and beyond. We loved to enjoy the cool morning breezes on the deck, as we watched the hummingbirds and Bananaquits feed on the nectar provided by the Villa’s owners. Nightfall did not disappoint either at WindSong Villa! The moon rises over the mountains, just as the sun does hours before, only with a white peaceful glow that is not to be missed. The pool deck is such that it really allows for great views in many directions. One night/morning we woke at 4 am to watch a lunar eclipse that the owners made us aware of and the stars too were so plentiful in the sky that it was like a dream confirming that you were in Paradise!
The Villa is only a few minutes from a lovely grocer, some great restaurants, and the most adorable shopping area called Mongoose Junction which had everything from ice cream and coffee shops to jewelry stores and Surf shops. Hop back in the car and it was just a few minutes further to the National Park, to enjoy the Boats, Beaches, trails, or the history of the island. Maho beach was our favorite with plenty of parking, facilities, food trucks, and even a bar.
We had the most amazing week and cannot wait to return, only next time we promised our adult children we would bring them along. WindSong Villa is really such a treasure! It is a serene and magical place, You will be glad you chose it!”

Slice of Heaven – Windsong Villa
Stay 7/2023 “Our family felt blessed to be among the first guests to stay at Windsong Villa since it became a vacation rental. BookVI is top notch!. Seamless booking process and it was so helpful to have a vehicle to rent! Brandon greeted us at the ferry and escorted us to the villa. He was extremely helpful in explaining the property and made great recommendations for some of the top places to visit on the island. I can’t say enough about the location! The view, lush landscape, birds and breeze – wow! Waking up to the sunrise and ocean view every morning is the perfect way to enjoy your morning coffee. The pool was the perfect way to end our day at the Villa. The layout with the master bedroom and two additional king bedrooms, with full baths was perfect for our family of four, but could easily accommodate more than one family or a family and grandparents. The house has everything you could possibly need for a vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and amenity you can imagine. The house came with beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, and a complementary beach bag. The house is beautifully decorated. We played games on the porch at night. And the bonus outdoor shower in the primary suite is amazing! This property is in the perfect location to access either side of the island. You won’t be disappointed. Best vacation ever!” |

“How close to Heaven can an Airbnb… BE?! We feel like this place is it, to be perfectly honest, and we’ve stayed in quite a few across the island over the past ten years or so. Gratitude first goes to the awesome Jennifer who greeted us warmly and led us up the hill to our Paradise for the week. She walked us through everything in detail and assured us that the team would be there for us for whatever we needed. (She didn’t lie!) The owners have thought of every creature comfort and provided it all with modern appliances at your disposal, beautiful stonework & decor, perfect personal touches, thoughtful things like a comfy mat to stand on for the grill master, a swing to hang out on while the grilling’s going on (this is a first and MUCH appreciated), the most amazing outdoor shower, the perfect-sized heated pool, a superbly stocked kitchen and bar, amazing landscaping, extremely responsive concierge team… I could go on and on. Did I mention the VIEW?!? We cannot wait to return.”

A Peaceful, Magnificent Oasis

“Our stay at Windsong Villa was a perfect, quiet, relaxing retreat. The large roof covered deck was furnished with a large table and plenty of comfortable and varied cushioned chairs. The deck extends along the entire east side of the villa overlooking the spectacular views of Fish Bay and the Caribbean Sea. It was easy to linger over breakfast listening to the surrounding bird song and watching the boat traffic from our view on the deck. We especially enjoyed the salt pool that is thoughtfully set in the center of the lower deck that welcomed our morning dips and sunset soaks. The bright modern kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to spend time in preparing meals. The large open floor living /dining room area is airy with a lovely mahogany bar in the corner. An oversized comfortable couch in the living room is a perfect place to read or watch TV. The house was built in the St. John’s style with artistically crafted high stone walls that run along both sides of the living room and extend outside to the beautifully planted entry way. The gorgeous large mahogany doors and windows throughout the home enhance the incredible views. My family and I hope to return to this peaceful, magnificent oasis every year.”
